Laura Hay's Bio: Born in Madrid and raised between Spain, U.S. and U.K., Laura has been working at the intersection between Education, Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Communications – from grassroots projects to systems change efforts. With an M.A. in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. in Linguistics and International Studies from Duke University, Laura has spent the last five years working with Ashoka – the oldest and largest network of social entrepreneurs – leading their Empathy Education and Young Changemakers initiatives aimed at transforming education systems for the 21st century and supporting young people as changemakers.
